Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Print Checks Now, including check creation, printing, verification, free tools, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Authorized business use only

You may use the service only for lawful checks and payments you are authorized to create, sign, print, deliver, or verify. You must not create fraudulent, altered, deceptive, counterfeit, unauthorized, or unlawful checks; impersonate another person or business; evade usage limits; interfere with the service; or use it to facilitate theft, scams, money laundering, or other wrongdoing.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for every check field, bank instruction, check number, signature, payee, amount, date, paper layout, printer setting, delivery method, and recordkeeping decision. Confirm authorization, sufficient funds, stock compatibility, alignment, bank requirements, and legal or accounting obligations before issuing a check. A test print and verification QR do not replace your review.

Verification limitations

Verification can confirm that QR-signed fields match a Print Checks Now registration and can report a registration status. It does not inspect the physical paper, ink, handwriting, signature authority, endorsements, ownership, available funds, account status, check washing, or fields not displayed on the verification page. Recipients must compare the verification page with the physical check and independently assess the sender and transaction.

No professional or bank advice

The service is a printing and workflow tool, not a bank, money transmitter, accounting firm, law firm, fraud-prevention guarantee, or payment processor. Information on the site is general and is not legal, tax, banking, compliance, or accounting advice. Bank acceptance and processing requirements vary.

Plans, limits, and availability

Free and paid-plan descriptions, limits, prices, and features may change. Features labeled coming soon are not presently available and joining a launch list does not purchase a subscription. We may prevent abusive use, suspend features, or discontinue the service.

Service provided “as is”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Checks Now is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, bank acceptance, print accuracy, or fraud prevention. You should retain independent payment records and verify every output before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Checks Now and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost funds, profits, data, business, or goodwill; rejected or altered checks; printing errors; fraud; or reliance on verification. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Print Checks Now and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your checks, payments, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Iowa law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Iowa will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as the service changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
