YOUR CURRENT SELECTION
Voucher / ledger sheet · check on topVersaCheck Forms 1000, 1001, 1002, and 3000—and stock used with FreshBooks, Xero, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and most standard business-check systems—can work. The software or brand matters less than the actual sheet size, check position, and field placement. Custom stock should be approved only after its sample matches visually.
The alignment sample is the final confirmation; a brand or product label alone cannot guarantee placement.
VersaCheck, FreshBooks, Xero, and QuickBooks are referenced only to describe compatible check layouts. Print Checks Now is not affiliated with or endorsed by VersaCheck, FreshBooks, Xero, or Intuit.

HELP & COMPATIBILITY
Frequently asked questions
Scan the titles. Open only what you need.Which check formats does Print Checks Now support?
Use voucher sheets with the check on top, middle, or bottom; three-check-per-page stock; or full checks on blank paper. Confirm the physical layout with a test page.
Can I print multiple checks at once?
Yes. After completing your first check on this device, choose Table to type several checks in rows or Upload CSV to import a larger batch. Print Checks Now validates each payment locally, shows anything that needs attention, and places the ready checks in number order.
How do I import checks from a CSV?
Download the CSV template, add one check per row, then upload it for a local preview before anything enters the print queue. Payee and amount are required; date, memo, invoice/reference, and mailing address can also be included. The CSV and its check contents are never uploaded to Print Checks Now.
Which brands of check stock are compatible?
The layout matters more than the brand. Generic, bank-provided, VersaCheck, FreshBooks, Xero, and QuickBooks-compatible stock can work when the sheet and field positions match.
Does Print Checks Now work with VersaCheck?
Yes. VersaCheck Form 1000 (check on top), 1001 (middle), 1002 (bottom), and 3000 (three per page) match layouts Print Checks Now supports. Confirm the physical sheet and field placement before printing real checks.
Which mailing envelopes fit the printed checks?
The preview represents a #8 double-window check envelope, 3⅝ × 8 11/16 inches. Test your actual envelope before mailing.
Does Print Checks Now see or store my check and account data?
Check and account data stays in this browser. Only a routing number is sent for bank lookup, and it is not stored; email is used only when you intentionally submit it.
Does the Free plan include the verification QR?
Yes. Every Free voucher prints an adaptively sized QR on the check face and repeats a larger QR on the payee copy. Three-check-per-page output places one on each check face. Confirm each marked square is white and clear during the alignment test. Paid plans will let you move or hide the QR within approved clear zones when those plans launch.
Can I print bank-processable checks on blank paper?
Visual PDFs may not scan or be accepted. Bank-processable output can require approved stock, exact placement, a compatible font, magnetic toner or ink, and bank approval.
What do I need for bank-readable printing?
MICR is the magnetic number-line format banks scan. Print Checks Now does not include a licensed production font; load a complete compatible local font before creating bank-readable output.
What does routing-number verification prove?
Verification confirms the checksum and bank-directory match. It does not prove account ownership, status, or the correct paper-check routing number.
How do I test and adjust print alignment?
Print at Actual size or 100% with Fit to page off. Hold the sample over your stock, then adjust horizontal and vertical placement.
What happens when a printed check is spoiled?
Choose Reprint, then keep the original number only if the first copy was unusable. Otherwise enter the number on new, unused check stock. The verification QR will match the number you confirm.
Can Print Checks Now email a check for me?
Print Checks Now hands a signed image and local receipt to your email or share app; it does not send the email. Confirm the recipient’s bank accepts that deposit method.
